Adelina E. Simpson is an associate practicing at Simpson & Simpson PLLC, located in Williamsville, New York. Her legal practice is primarily dedicated to handling a range of intellectual property matters, including patents and trademark issues, on behalf of clients throughout the state.

Ms. Simpson is a graduate of Brandeis University, where she completed her undergraduate studies in journalism in 2015. She pursued her legal education at the University at Buffalo School of Law, obtaining her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in 2018. She is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in New York, including the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.

During her time in law school, Ms. Simpson served as the executive publication editor of the Buffalo Law Review. She maintains an active presence within her alma mater’s legal community, holding membership in the UB Law Alumni Association and serving as a board member of the Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) Group.

In 2016, Ms. Simpson gained valuable practical experience as a student judicial clerk under United States Magistrate Judge Leslie G. Foschio in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. Additionally, she refined her legal skills while working in the legal department of an international engineering, architecture, and design firm.

Ms. Simpson actively participates in her local legal community, holding memberships in organizations such as the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association. She remains current with legal developments and is dedicated to providing the highest level of representation to her clients.
