Alan M. Sack, the founder of Sack IP Law p.c., specializes exclusively in matters related to intellectual property. He serves individuals and businesses across the broader New York City metropolitan region. Mr. Sack’s academic background includes a major in life sciences and physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he graduated in 1979. He furthered his education in law at the Benjamin M. Cardozo School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 1983.

Before establishing his practice in January 2015, Mr. Sack held the position of partner at a national law firm in New York City and served as of counsel at an international law firm. He gained admission to the New York State Bar in 1984 and is also admitted to practice in New Jersey. Additionally, he holds admission to practice before several U.S. District Courts, including the Southern, Eastern, and Northern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Notably, Mr. Sack is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
