Andrew Parker Felix is a key figure in the Product Liability Safety Group at Morgan & Morgan, where his responsibilities encompass addressing instances of product liability, personal injury, and corporate litigation on behalf of clients situated within Florida. His legal prowess has gained recognition through inclusion in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 for both 2012 and 2013. Notably, he was bestowed with the Highest Grade in Banking Law Book Award and boasts fluency in both the English and German languages.
Mr. Felix embarked on his academic journey with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and economics from the University of Florida, subsequently transitioning to the University of Alabama School of Law for his law studies. His impressive tenure there culminated in an honored graduation and the attainment of a Juris Doctor degree. Presently, he is authorized to practice law within the jurisdiction of Florida and California state courts, along with numerous federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
Mr. Felix’s professional involvement extends to his membership in the American Bar Association, engagement with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Florida Citrus Sports, and his role as a board member for the Central Florida Transportation Task Force. He remains an active participant in several bar associations, including those of Orange County, St. Petersburg, and Hillsborough County.
Recently, Mr. Felix assumed a significant responsibility through his appointment to a four-year term on the Trust Advisory Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
