Andrew S. Buzin is a seasoned attorney specializing in civil trial law. His legal expertise spans a variety of areas, including personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, employment and wage law, and business litigation. Notably, Mr. Buzin has achieved substantial victories in court, including a remarkable $28,000,000 verdict in a case involving the negligent supervision of a 14-year-old girl with cognitive impairments by a high school. Over the course of his career, he has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict and effectively resolved multi-million dollar cases.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Buzin also serves as an adjunct professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Before establishing his practice in New York, Mr. Buzin spent four years at a Florida-based law firm, where he focused on various negligence cases and handled matters related to legal and accounting malpractice. During this time, he also managed a substantial portfolio of over 100 individual asbestos claims.

Mr. Buzin earned his Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2003 and holds a Masters of Business Administration in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Business, also obtained in 2003. He is a member of both the Florida Bar and the New York Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
