Andrew T. Miltenberg, a founding partner at Nesenoff & Miltenberg, LLP in New York City, is a seasoned trial attorney with a dual focus on complex commercial litigation and civil rights. One of his recent achievements includes successfully defending a student facing expulsion due to allegations of sexual misconduct at an Ivy League University. Mr. Miltenberg is licensed to practice in New York state courts and often handles cases on a pro hac vice basis throughout the country.
