Anthony N. DeMaria, the founder and managing partner of DeMaria Law Firm, specializes in insurance defense matters, representing clients in both California and Colorado. A distinguished member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Mr. DeMaria’s legal practice is centered on advocating for insurance companies and their clients. His extensive experience encompasses a wide range of litigation settings, including judge trials, jury trials, federal courts, and state courts.

Licensed to practice law in California, Mr. DeMaria is also authorized to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, majoring in political science with a minor in history. Subsequently, he earned his Juris Doctor degree with cum laude honors from the University of San Diego School of Law.

During his tenure at law school, Mr. DeMaria earned multiple accolades, including the American Jurisprudence Award in Advanced Trial Advocacy and Torts, as well as Legal Writing. Mr. DeMaria is an active member of several legal associations, including The State Bar of California and its Judicial Nominee Evaluation Committee, the Denver Bar Association, the Northern California Fraud Investigators Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Bar, the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the Fresno County Bar Association. Beyond his legal commitments, he is dedicated to community service, notably contributing to the American Heart Association’s Fresno Chapter and serving as the chairman of the charitable event “Lawyers Have Heart,” a walk and run in Fresno.
