With close to twenty years of professional experience, Ariel A. Tello serves as a family law attorney at The Tello Law Corporation. His practice extends to representing clients across Orange County, California, including all cities within the county. His areas of expertise encompass a wide range of family law matters, including post-judgment modifications, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, domestic partnerships, paternity cases, intricate custody disputes, relocation scenarios, spousal support, child support, complex property distribution, and divorce proceedings.

Proficient in both Spanish and English, Mr. Tello is dedicated to guiding his clients through challenging circumstances in the most efficient manner possible. He holds licenses to practice law in the state of California, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. His involvement extends to membership in esteemed legal organizations such as the American Bar Association. He maintains active participation within the Hispanic National Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the Orange County Bar Association.

Mr. Tello earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, before embarking on his legal education. He successfully completed his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School. His accomplishments include an “Superb” rating on Avvo and recognition as one of the Best Lawyers in Seal Beach for the year 2020 by Expertise magazine.

During his time in law school, Mr. Tello engaged in various activities, including his membership in the Student Bar Association and the Trial Advocacy Honors Board. Notably, he was the recipient of the dean’s merit scholarship. Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Tello contributes to the community through volunteer work. He serves as a member of the Los Alamitos Unified School District PTA and takes a leadership role in raising awareness for lymphangioleiomyomatosis.
