Founding partner of Grebow & Rubin LLP in Encino, California, Attorney Arthur Grebow directs his legal focus towards business litigation, corporate affairs, and real estate matters, particularly highlighting cases involving mobile home sites. Having earned his law degree from Cornell Law School, Mr. Grebow’s legal journey began after completing his bachelor’s degree at Columbia University. With over four decades of experience, he has actively engaged in jury trials centered around contract interpretation and matters of free speech. He has also played a significant role in notable appellate cases.

In addition to his role as an attorney, Mr. Grebow has undertaken various other legal roles, including serving as a judge pro tem for municipal courts in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, as well as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Demonstrating a commitment to advancing the legal field, Mr. Grebow frequently shares his insights at conferences and pens articles addressing legal aspects concerning mobile homes and manufactured housing. Admitted to practice law in California since 1968, he is authorized to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
