After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002, Mr. Bergman pursued his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, successfully completing his studies in 2005. During his time in law school, he chaired the USC Hale Moot Court Honors Program and gained practical experience through an externship under the Hon. Stephen Hillman of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Bergman’s contributions also encompass extensive writing and a multitude of lectures and seminars throughout his local area, covering a diverse range of topics. His affiliations include membership in the American Business Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association, where he took on the role of co-chair for the litigation section. Additionally, he served as the chair for the land use and economic development committee of the South Robertson Neighborhoods Council and held the position of chair for the Mackrell International Environmental Practice Group.

Notable for his dedication and professional service, Mr. Bergman was honored with the 2016 Outstanding Young Lawyer award from the Los Angeles County Bar Association Real Property Section. He also holds the distinction of being a fellow with the American Bar Foundation and an associate fellow with the Litigation Counsel of America Trial Honor Society.
