Brian J. McKeen, the founder and principal partner of McKeen & Associates, P.C., a legal firm located in Detroit, specializes in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, catering to clients across Michigan and the entire nation. Brian completed his legal studies at Thomas M. Presently, he holds positions on the executive board of the Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) as well as the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Within the AAJ, McKeen takes on the role of chair for the Professional Negligence Section and co-chair for the Birth Trauma Litigation Group. He also previously served as co-chair for AAJ’s Medical Negligence Exchange Group. His contributions extend beyond these roles as he frequently imparts his knowledge as a lecturer for both organizations and has contributed numerous articles as an author.
