Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Arce pursued an undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, followed by attending The Culinary Institute of America, where he graduated in 1997. He then spent a decade honing his culinary skills, working as a chef in various locations across Mexico, Europe, and the United States. This unique service industry experience provided him with valuable insights into the dynamics of employee-employer relationships. Subsequently, Mr. Arce decided to pursue a law degree, which he obtained from Brooklyn Law School in 2009, leading to the establishment of his current law practice in 2011. His time as a judicial intern at The Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC) further fortified his foundation in handling workplace discrimination and wrongful termination cases.
