Bryan Arce, the founder of the Arcé Law Group, PC, and currently serving as Co-Chair of Phillips & Associates, PLLC, extends his legal services to clients across the New York City metropolitan area. His primary focus lies within the realm of employment law, specifically with a keen interest in cases related to sexual harassment claims. Mr. Arce holds licenses to practice law in the state courts of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., and Georgia. Additionally, he holds admissions to multiple federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern & Northern Districts of New York, the District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern & Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.

Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Arce pursued an undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, followed by attending The Culinary Institute of America, where he graduated in 1997. He then spent a decade honing his culinary skills, working as a chef in various locations across Mexico, Europe, and the United States. This unique service industry experience provided him with valuable insights into the dynamics of employee-employer relationships. Subsequently, Mr. Arce decided to pursue a law degree, which he obtained from Brooklyn Law School in 2009, leading to the establishment of his current law practice in 2011. His time as a judicial intern at The Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC) further fortified his foundation in handling workplace discrimination and wrongful termination cases.

Dedicated entirely to advocating for employees dealing with workplace-related issues, such as discrimination, sexual harassment claims, wage and hour violations, and more, Mr. Arce is deeply committed to achieving the highest level of justice for his clients, some of which have resulted in verdicts totaling several million dollars.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Arce maintains active membership in several esteemed professional organizations. These include the National Employment Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia.
