Specializing in business, commercial, construction, and real estate litigation, Cameron D. Bordner is one of the co-founders of The Law Offices of Molsby & Bordner, LLP. He is dedicated to offering precise legal counsel to individuals across Sacramento, Truckee, and Lake Tahoe in California, as well as Reno, Nevada. Additionally, Mr. Bordner undertakes family law and estate planning matters.
Outside of his legal endeavors, Mr. Bordner actively engages with his community. He holds membership in The State Bar of California, the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys, and the Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce. His involvement also extends to serving as both the past president and a current trustee for the Tahoe Truckee Bar Association, as well as the Sierra Avalanche Center.
Mr. Bordner’s academic journey includes obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from Fort Lewis College. He initially pursued molecular biology studies at the University of Colorado Boulder before redirecting his focus towards law. Subsequently, he achieved a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
With a strong commitment to delivering astute and forward-thinking representation, Mr. Bordner collaborates with a diverse clientele ranging from individual proprietors to expansive multistate corporations. His expertise encompasses guiding enterprises through intricate processes such as establishment, acquisition, sale, management, and dissolution of corporations and LLCs. Mr. Bordner’s responsibilities span drafting contracts, leading negotiations, filing petitions, and participating in hearings.
Leveraging insights from his background as a professional ski patroller and risk consultant in the recreation sector, Mr. Bordner adeptly handles ski resort defense claims and provides assistance in risk management for clients within the outdoor recreation industry. He remains open to undertaking family law and estate planning cases as well.
