He is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of the State of New York’s Appellate Division – Second Judicial Department, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Throughout his career, Mr. Steinberger has held key leadership roles in prominent legal organizations such as the American Bar Association’s Family Law Section, the New York State Bar Association, the Brooklyn Bar Association’s Family Law Section, and the Denis McInerney, New York County Lawyers Association, American Inn of Court.
