His dedication persists as he continues to champion the rights of employees, addressing concerns of workplace discrimination, work injury retaliation, harassment, unpaid wages, workplace privacy, wrongful termination, trade secrets, and workplace violence. Moreover, he contributed as a public interest fellow at the Asian Pacific American Legal Resource Center and generously provided pro bono legal assistance to the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association.
