Among her significant accomplishments, Ms. Humphrey negotiated a groundbreaking settlement exceeding $28 million for employees of a major trucking company who had been underpaid. She also secured a $29.5 million settlement after successfully appealing on behalf of employees misclassified by a national home improvement retailer. Additionally, she has obtained substantial settlements and verdicts totaling tens of millions of dollars against numerous prominent retailers and corporations in the United States.

A native of West Virginia, Ms. Humphrey graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She subsequently returned to her alma mater, where she earned her Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2001, during which she served as a valued member of the school’s law review.

Ms. Humphrey holds licenses to practice law in North and South Carolina, as well as California. She actively participates in professional organizations such as the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the American Association for Justice, among others.
