Mr. Davis embarked on his legal journey as an Assistant District Attorney in the prestigious Manhattan District Attorneys’ office, working under the leadership of then-District Attorney Robert Morgenthau. He excelled in this role, securing victories in numerous trials and eventually being appointed to the Sex Crimes Unit, where he prosecuted and tried high-stakes, serious felonies such as rape and attempted murder cases.

In 2006, Mr. Davis entered private practice and gained valuable experience at various employment law firms, including Thompson, Wigdor & Gilly, LLP (now Wigdor LLP), before establishing his own law firm in 2014.
