Curtis Jung, a founding partner at Jung & Yuen, LLP, specializes in banking, creditor’s rights, business litigation, and real estate matters. Apart from representing the Federal Reserve Bank and FDIC, his law firm also advocates for public utilities and government bodies in cases involving eminent domain and real estate disputes. In 2008, he achieved a noteworthy accomplishment by securing a jury defense verdict for a bank, a feat acknowledged as one of the year’s prominent defense verdicts by the Daily Journal.
