During his pursuit of a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in history from Loyola Marymount University, Mr. Brock was awarded the presidential debate scholarship. Throughout his educational path, he actively participated in various endeavors such as the International and Comparative Law Review, the Byrne Trial Advocacy Team, and held leadership roles including chair of the Student Senate, captain of the intercollege debate team, and vice-president of the Loyola Marymount student body.
