Daniel J. Chiacchia, a seasoned prosecutor and trial advocate based in Hamburg, New York, is the proprietor of Chiacchia & Fleming LLP. With over thirty years of experience, Mr. Chiacchia specializes in offering legal counsel to individuals who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others.
