Daniel Kim is the founder of a California law firm that bears his name, and he is proficient in both English and Korean. His legal practice is exclusively dedicated to personal injury law, with a specific focus on motor vehicle accidents. He has offices in various California cities, including Anaheim, Cerritos, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Los Angeles, Whittier, Riverside, Rancho Cucamonga, San Diego, San Jose, and Long Beach. Mr. Kim represents individuals who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others and is licensed to practice in California, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

The majority of Mr. Kim’s cases involve a wide range of motor vehicle accidents, including pedestrian vs. auto collisions, truck accidents, incidents involving rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, motorcycle accidents, and bicycle vs. auto accidents. He has also handled catastrophic accidents involving commercial insurance policies. Throughout his career, Mr. Kim has successfully secured over $285 million in jury awards and settlements for his clients, earning the respect of his peers in the legal community. He holds an AV Preeminent* peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 “Superb” peer review rating from Avvo. Additionally, he has been recognized as one of The National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 and is a member of prestigious organizations such as the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, among other awards and accolades.

Before his legal career, Mr. Kim served honorably in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, with deployments to South Korea and Iraq. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, majoring in business management and graduating cum laude in 2007. His outstanding academic achievements led to his induction into The Phi Beta Kappa Society. Subsequently, he pursued his legal education at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor degree in 2013. During law school, Mr. Kim gained valuable experience through externships with the California State Board of Equalization and a federal bankruptcy court judge in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
