Securities Litigation, Employment Litigation: Defense, Antitrust Litigation, Business Litigation, Creditor Debtor Rights: Business
I specialize in various areas of legal practice, including securities, employment, trade secrets, antitrust, and general business litigation. I have extensive experience in handling a wide range of cases, such as securities fraud, disputes among shareholders, insider trading, wage and hour conflicts, wrongful termination, discrimination claims, price fixing, monopolization, lawsuits related to California’s Unfair Competition Law (Business & Professions Code section 17200), class action suits, and international business disputes.
Currently, I am actively engaged in several ongoing cases focused on recovering assets for clients who have fallen victim to fraud, as well as assisting clients in enforcing their judgments.
In addition to litigation, I offer guidance to both corporations and individuals on adhering to antitrust, unfair competition, and employment laws, along with addressing matters related to corporate governance. Furthermore, I take on the role of external general counsel for small and medium-sized businesses, including startups.
