Dianne C. Bresee graduated from Skidmore College, where she earned the distinction of being elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She also holds a degree from Albany Law School of Union University. Her legal practice primarily concentrates on defending cases related to environmental issues, toxic torts, and insurance coverage claims. Dianne is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and has admission to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York. In her practice, Dianne frequently represents insurance companies in litigation involving environmental, errors and omissions, directors and officers, and general insurance coverage matters.
