Donald M. Zolin, the founder and sole practitioner of his own law firm, is dedicated to assisting individuals who have suffered significant losses due to the negligence of others. With his admission to practice before all New York state courts in 1973 and his additional admission to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, Mr. Zolin possesses a broad legal reach.

Mr. Zolin’s expertise spans various personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from incidents such as motor vehicle accidents involving trucks, motorcycles, and other vehicles, as well as cases involving defective consumer products and premises liability, including slip-and-fall incidents. As an undergraduate, Mr. Zolin pursued his education at the University at Buffalo within the State University of New York system, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1968. He then continued his legal studies at the University at Buffalo School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 1972. Additionally, he holds a Master of Law in taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Zolin actively engages in various professional organizations, including the New York County Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, and has also served as a referee in attorney disciplinary proceedings.
