In his capacity as the principal attorney at Dudensing Law, Edward P. Dudensing is responsible for addressing legal matters concerning nursing home negligence, healthcare law, and elder law. His clientele primarily resides in the regions of Sacramento, Oakland, and San Francisco, California. Over the course of his career, he has successfully secured compensation exceeding $100 million on behalf of his clients. Notably, in 2010, he achieved the largest verdict in relation to nursing home abuse within Sacramento County. He remains committed to diligently assisting clients who have suffered injuries or are experiencing neglect.

Edward P. Dudensing pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, before embarking on his legal education at the University of California, Davis School of Law. In 1994, he earned his Juris Doctor degree with high honors, graduating magna cum laude. He was also an active participant in the University of California Davis Law Review. Subsequently, in 1996, he was granted admission to practice law in the state of California.

Having served as a former deputy district attorney for Sacramento County, Mr. Dudensing has successfully led more than 50 jury trials to verdict. Over his four-year tenure, he prosecuted cases involving serious offenses such as child molestation, rape, and murder. Almost two decades ago, he transitioned from his role in the district attorney’s office to establish his own legal practice, where his focus shifted toward advocating for the rights of the vulnerable and their families.

Edward P. Dudensing holds membership in esteemed legal associations including the National Crime Victim Bar Association, the Nursing Home Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice, and the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform. While he acknowledges the merits of negotiation and discourse, he is equally prepared to resort to litigation in order to safeguard the interests of his clients.
