While I have achieved considerable success in resolving numerous cases through trials and settlements, I never take success for granted. Among my trial successes is a remarkable achievement: securing what is believed to be the largest jury verdict in the history of medical malpractice cases in Sacramento County. Alongside a former law partner, we obtained a recovery of $7.6 million on behalf of a young woman who was left T4 paraplegic due to a Medical Center’s failure to diagnose a spinal mass.

Since 2015, I have personally taken on the representation of numerous families and business owners who suffered devastating losses as a result of preventable wildfires across California. Together with my team, we have successfully recovered millions of dollars on their behalf. As we persist in the fight against wildfires throughout the state, our commitment extends to not only recovering damages but also to the restoration of California’s picturesque landscape and vital infrastructure.
