Eric N. Mr. Landau’s professional involvement includes serving as a former delegate for the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference, president of the Orange County Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and a former executive committee member for the RAND Institute for Civil Justice.
Presently, Mr. Landau holds the position of chair for the Central District of California’s Local Rules Advisory Committee and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and various federal courts in Michigan, Nevada, Florida, Virginia, Illinois, New York, and California.
