Eric B. Strongin serves as a partner at Strongin | Burger, LLP, having been an integral part of the firm since May 2013. Though the firm’s main office is situated in Orange County, California, he adeptly represents clients across the entire expanse of the state. His legal expertise encompasses a wide spectrum, including personal injury, environmental and toxic exposure cases, wrongful death claims, insurance coverage litigation, and business disputes involving both contracts and torts. Education-wise, Mr. Strongin completed his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. During his time there, he distinguished himself as an editor for the San Diego International Law Journal and a valuable member of the mock trial team. This academic journey culminated in 2001, when he became eligible to practice law in California. Additionally, he holds admission to the U.S. District Courts across the state (Southern, Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts), the California Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
