Before joining Sher Tremonte, Erica served as an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP. In this role, she represented major financial institutions, technology companies, hospitality firms, pharmaceutical companies, and others across various legal domains, including commercial, securities, First Amendment, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation, as well as civil government investigations. Prior to that, she gained valuable experience as a paralegal with the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where she assisted in trial preparations and grand jury investigations for the Labor Racketeering Unit.
