Mr. Walsh, originally from Buffalo, New York, graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame in 1981. His areas of expertise encompass a wide range of matters, including business litigation, contract negotiation and litigation, trade secrets and non-compete conflicts, partnership, LLC, and corporate disputes, trademark and copyright issues, employment and discrimination lawsuits, regulatory compliance, whistleblower allegations, significant first-party insurance disputes, physician contracts, and disciplinary proceedings involving hospitals, healthcare insurers, and state agencies. He is also well-versed in handling serious personal injury cases and federal criminal trials.

Furthermore, leveraging the firm’s extensive experience in Native American Law, Mr. Walsh represents multiple clients engaged in business dealings with sovereign Indian Nations located within New York State’s territorial boundaries. His legal practice extends to both trial and appellate work, with appearances in New York State courts, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, and even the United States Supreme Court.

Outside of his legal career, Mr. Walsh and his wife reside in Buffalo, where they take pride in their role as parents to two college graduates. Gerry has actively served as a captain/player for the United States Tennis Association for many years, and he also indulges in leisure activities such as golf, baseball, and watching classic films.
