In July 2010, Gina Azzolino became a part of Morgan Tidalgo Sukhodrev & Azzolino LLP. She serves as a partner and holds the title of a Certified Family Law Specialist. Her exclusive focus on family law dates back to 2005, when she began practicing this field. Before joining her current firm, she spent nearly five years handling family law cases at another San Jose-based law firm.

Ms. Azzolino boasts extensive expertise across various facets of family law, encompassing child custody, visitation, child and spousal support, domestic violence, disputes regarding the date of separation, breach of fiduciary duty claims, challenges to prenuptial agreements, division of assets, reimbursement claims, and intricate financial matters. Collaborating closely with forensic accountants and mental health professionals, she strives to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.

With a wealth of experience in court proceedings, including legal motions, settlement discussions, and trials, Ms. Azzolino’s legal acumen extends beyond family law into areas such as immigration, bankruptcy, and contested guardianship cases, which often intersect with family law concerns.

Ms. Azzolino’s educational background comprises an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis in 2000, where she double majored in International Relations and Italian. She subsequently earned her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. During her time in law school, she engaged in Honors Moot Court and gained practical experience at the East San Jose Community Law Center. Following her admission to the California State Bar in December 2004, Ms. Azzolino actively participated in the Family Law Section of the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
