Hailing from England, Mr. Hollis earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Law with honors from Middlesex University at Hendon in 1978. After gaining professional experience in Paris, France, Valencia, Venezuela, and various international jurisdictions, he immigrated to the United States. In 1985, he completed his Masters of Comparative Law from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is licensed to practice before all U.S. District Courts in California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Notably, he has authored two published appellate court decisions.
