H. Raymond Fasano gained admission to the New York State Bar on January 10, 1996. He also secured admissions to various United States District Courts, including the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York, as well as several United States Courts of Appeals, such as the Second, First, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Seventh, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits.

Holder, which highlighted his successful argument for asylum status based on being a witness to war crimes in Kosovo. The New York Times sought his opinion on Judge Sonia Sotomayor’s Supreme Court nomination due to his extensive experience arguing petitions for review in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Additionally, FOX News Channel invited him as a guest expert on the Glenn Beck Show in May 2010, where he shared insights into immigration law.

Fasano maintains a weekly presence on the television program “Hablando de Inmigracion con el abogado Rodney Youman,” catering to an audience of over 200,000 viewers across Univision, Telemundo, Telefutura, and Azteca America. He also provides an immigration law segment on the television program “Que Tal America,” which airs on Azteca America and Ecuavisa.
