Heidi W. Feinberg, a determined trial lawyer, provides legal services to families in Lakeville, New York, through her role at the Duke Law Firm, P.C. With nearly two decades of legal experience, she has represented clients in state and federal courts within the Greater Rochester and Finger Lakes region, as well as before the Supreme Court Appellate Division in the Fourth Department. She is licensed to practice law in New York since 2003 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western, Southern, and Northern Districts of New York.

Ms. Feinberg’s career commenced in the realms of estate and commercial litigation. In 2010, she served as a temporary law clerk for the Honorable Federal Court Judge Michael A. Telesca for the Western District of New York. During this tenure, she handled intricate legal matters, demonstrating precision in researching and drafting decisions. Subsequently, she shifted her focus to private practice, specializing in family and matrimonial law. She also gained valuable experience while working with the Livingston County Public Defender’s Office.

Boasting extensive experience in various facets of civil litigation, including employment discrimination and estate disputes, Ms. Feinberg is a formidable presence in the courtroom. Her expertise extends to matters involving family and custody issues, making her a highly skilled and adaptable litigator. She possesses the requisite skills to adeptly handle complex family and matrimonial cases.

Ms. Feinberg holds a distinguished position as a member of the Livingston County Bar Association and has been appointed as its president-elect. Her exceptional competence in the legal field has also led to her appointment as a member of the Attorney Grievance Committee for the Fourth Department. Additionally, she is an active member of the Monroe County Bar Association and the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys.
