In 1989, Howard Rutten earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Arizona State University. Subsequently, in 1992, he graduated with a Juris Doctor from the Golden Gate University School of Law. During his time at law school, he contributed to the law review and achieved a position on the dean’s list.
