J. Patrick Lennon, a native of western New York, serves as the managing partner at Rosenthal, Kooshoian & Lennon, LLP, a Buffalo-based law firm. Mr. Lennon specializes in personal injury and wrongful death cases, assisting individuals who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. His expertise extends to cases involving defective products, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, railroad incidents, and animal attacks. Additionally, Mr. Lennon provides defense for clients facing state or federal misdemeanor or felony charges, including offenses such as driving under the influence, drug possession and distribution, fraud, embezzlement, and other white-collar crimes. He also aids individuals in their pursuit of Social Security Disability or Supplemental Security Income benefits.

Mr. Lennon pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Dayton, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and English in 1998 with the support of an academic scholarship. He then returned to Buffalo, where he attended the University at Buffalo School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 2002. Following graduation, Mr. Lennon joined the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, where he served as an assistant district attorney for over three years. During this time, he handled numerous cases related to white-collar crimes and vehicular offenses, gaining substantial experience in trial advocacy.

Subsequently, Mr. Lennon transitioned to private practice, spending more than two years at a prominent Buffalo insurance defense firm. This experience provided him with valuable insights into the trial tactics he now employs in his current practice, where he represents plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Lennon actively participates in several professional organizations, including memberships in the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Bar Association of Erie County.
