Jared W. Beilke currently serves as the managing partner at JML Law’s Orange County office, which boasts additional branches in Los Angeles and Oakland, California. His legal practice extends throughout Southern California, where he assists clients in various legal matters, including:

1. Employment litigation, encompassing cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, retaliation, severance agreements, and noncompete agreements.

Mr. Beilke earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in 1997 and received his California state court license the same year. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Before attending law school, he completed his bachelor’s degree in political science at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Possessing over 25 years of experience in civil litigation, Mr. Beilke actively participates in the legal community. He maintains professional affiliations with esteemed organizations such as the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
