Jeff’s academic journey includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also actively participated in their varsity basketball team. His educational pursuits led him to the Sorbonne in Paris, France, and he furthered his legal studies at the Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C., culminating in the attainment of a Juris Doctor degree.
