Mr. Anderson holds the position of managing partner at the law firm of Anderson, Moschetti and Taffany, PLLC. With an impressive track record spanning four decades, he specializes in representing clients involved in personal injury and wrongful death cases stemming from various incidents, such as auto accidents, defective product claims, medical malpractice, construction site accidents, and unsafe premises. Throughout his career, he has secured numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. Most recently, Mr. Anderson achieved remarkable results, securing settlements totaling 17.45 million dollars in a premises liability/products liability case and an additional 3.2 million dollars in a premises liability case.

Furthermore, Mr. Anderson is frequently called upon by fellow lawyers and insurance counsel to act as a mediator or arbitrator in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, commercial disputes, and property damage. He boasts a substantial record of successfully mediating and arbitrating over 1,400 disputes and is honored to be a member of the esteemed National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN).

In addition to his legal work, Mr. Anderson has been a prolific author on personal injury practice and alternative dispute resolution for many years. He also derives satisfaction from conducting legal education programs for fellow attorneys. Furthermore, he has served as a judge in student trial practice competitions, moot court competitions, and alternative dispute competitions for various law schools and the American Bar Association. Notably, from 2017 to 2022, he served as an adjunct professor at Albany Law School, where he taught Alternative Dispute Resolution to second and third-year students.
