Jennifer obtained her B.A. from the University of California at Davis in 1992, followed by her graduation from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1996, where she earned a certificate in business law. Furthermore, since 2001, Jennifer has been involved as an arbitrator and private mediator.

Before establishing her firm, Jennifer practiced employment law at a prominent law firm in Sacramento.
