Jeremy Richards is a licensed attorney practicing in the United States and holds the position of Foreign Legal Consultant at the Law Society of Ontario. His legal expertise is dedicated to matters concerning US Immigration Law. With a track record of success, he has effectively handled immigration cases for individuals and businesses from diverse countries.

Mr. Richards possesses a comprehensive knowledge of US immigration and nationality laws, enabling him to assist with a wide range of immigration law issues. His clientele encompasses medical professionals, students, professors, families, employees, as well as small to large businesses, international corporations, colleges, and universities, among others.

Before pursuing his Juris Doctor degree, Mr. Richards accumulated over a decade of experience in Sales and Operations Management. His roles included Vice President of Sales, Operations Manager, and Sales Manager, providing him with deep insights into human resource practices and the inner workings of both public and private corporations. This background equips him with a unique understanding of the needs of both employees and employers.

Furthermore, Mr. Richards gained valuable firsthand insights into the interpretation and enforcement of the US Immigration and Nationality Act during his externship with US Customs and Border Protection in Buffalo, New York. Beyond his legal career, he actively engages in community service, ecclesiastical activities, youth sporting programs, and supports The Boy Scouts of America. An Eagle Scout himself, he served a two-year mission in Salvador, Brazil, demonstrating proficiency in Portuguese. Mr. Richards is also a proud father of seven children.

While Mr. Richards is well-versed in various immigration matters, his primary focus lies in business immigration, covering topics such as TN Visa status for Canadians and Mexicans, L-1 Visas for business expansion, E-1 Visas for international businesses and traders, E-2 Visas for Investors, green cards through employment, family-based green cards, and US citizenship.
