Joe Stanley, the leader and founder of Stanley Law Offices, LLP, dedicates his legal practice exclusively to handling personal injury and wrongful death litigation cases. Originally from Syracuse, Mr. Stanley pursued his undergraduate education at the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in 1975. He later attended Syracuse University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1981. Joe Stanley holds licenses to practice law in New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida, with admission to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York as well. He has earned certification as a civil trial law specialist from the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has also been honored as a member of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100.

Mr. Stanley is an esteemed fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and actively participates in various other legal associations. His affiliations encompass the American Association for Justice, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Onondaga County Bar Association.
