John F. Doyle serves as the Principal of WealthPLAN, PC, where he specializes in providing a range of services related to estate planning, trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. His expertise extends to Santa Clara County and its neighboring regions. Mr. Doyle brings with him over a decade of litigation background. Prior to becoming a part of the WealthPLAN team, he gained valuable experience at a medium-sized litigation firm located in Sacramento. Mr. Doyle’s legal education includes a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, acquired in 2009, and an undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University, obtained in 2003. Before pursuing studies at McGeorge School of Law, Mr. Doyle worked as a fund accountant at a custodial bank.

Within his practice, Mr. Doyle possesses substantial proficiency in crafting various estate planning documents, encompassing wills, property power of attorney, healthcare directives, revocable and irrevocable trusts, gifting programs, and family partnerships. Furthermore, his professional scope encompasses representing both trustees and beneficiaries in conflicts related to trusts. This encompasses addressing issues such as breach of fiduciary duty claims, petitions for removal, and actions involving accounting matters.

Mr. Doyle actively engages in the legal community and holds memberships in esteemed organizations such as the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the Silicon Valley Bar Association. He is an active participant in the Estate Planning Council and the Kasner Symposium Planning committee at Santa Clara. The Kasner Symposium is a significant event that focuses on estate planning and gathers attorneys and wealth advisors. Mr. Doyle has taken on the role of a keynote speaker, covering diverse trust types such as AB Qtips, AB Marital Trusts, ILIT’s, Dynasty Trusts, CRUT’s, and more. His presentations also extend to various entity structures and the art of selecting the appropriate one for specific scenarios. Recent endeavors involve educating other wealth advisors to enhance their comprehension of their clients’ requirements. With each passing year, Mr. Doyle embraces fresh challenges, further enriching his understanding of the unique needs presented by clients.
