John F. Harwick, a partner at E. Stewart Jones Hacker Murphy LLP, exclusively specializes in civil litigation. Based in the firm’s Schenectady office, he manages a diverse range of cases for both individual and corporate clients across New York State. Within his personal injury and wrongful death practice, Mr. Harwick offers legal representation to individuals who have suffered losses as a result of the negligence of others. Mr. Harwick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1991 from Clark University and pursued his legal education at Albany Law School. During his time there, he distinguished himself as a member of the school’s Moot Court Board and was inducted into The Justinian Society upon receiving his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1995. He is admitted to practice in all New York State courts and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York. Furthermore, he actively serves as a board member of the Albany County Bar Association and is a former President of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association.
