In 1993, he earned his Juris Doctor degree, and in 1999, he furthered his education by securing a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University Stern School of Business.

Licensed to practice law in multiple states, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C., Mr. Vincenti represents his clients in various courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd, 3rd, and 11th Circuits, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
