In 1988, Mr. Norinsberg obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He went on to graduate magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1991, becoming eligible to practice law in both Connecticut and New York. Furthermore, he holds admission to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.
Early in his career, Mr. Norinsberg served as an associate at a prestigious commercial litigation firm in New York for approximately two years. In 1993, he transitioned to the New York City Law Department, where his exemplary work on several high-profile cases garnered national acclaim.
