Jonathan D. Warner is a dedicated attorney specializing in bankruptcy law, serving the Albany, New York community. Education-wise, Mr. Warner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in sociology from the University at Albany, SUNY, in 2007. He pursued his legal education with a focus on taxation at the Michigan State University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2011 and subsequently became licensed to practice law in New York in 2013.

During his time as a law student, Mr. Warner actively engaged in extracurricular activities and legal work. He was part of the Jessup International Moot Court team, assumed leadership roles in two student organizations, and served as a research assistant at MSU College of Law’s Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. He also gained valuable experience as a judicial clerk, working for Honorable Robert E. Littlefield Jr. at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York and at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York under Honorable Judge Lawrence E. Kahn.

Involvement in the legal community and the community at large is an integral part of Mr. Warner’s professional life. He actively participates in organizations such as the New York State Bar Association’s Solo & Small Firm Practice Committee Advisory Board, the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Albany County Bar Association. Furthermore, he extends his legal expertise pro bono to those in need and was recognized with the Kurt Clobridge Memorial Award for Pro Bono Service by The Legal Project.

Mr. Warner’s exceptional professionalism and dedication to client service have not gone unnoticed.
