Following over seven years as a business transactions attorney at a San Francisco law firm, he later assumed the role of editor-in-chief for Business Law Today before forming his partnership with his present firm.

Proficient in English, French, and German, Mr. Rubens consistently enriches his skill set by presenting at and participating in numerous continuing legal education seminars and conferences throughout California. He has also contributed various publications to esteemed legal journals.
