Khaldoun Baghdadi’s tenure at the firm spans two decades. In 2016, he played a crucial role within the trial team during the Pinnacle hip implant litigation trial, which yielded a substantial verdict surpassing $1 billion.
His professional trajectory has been dedicated to the realm of trial law, where he tirelessly supports individuals in need of a dedicated advocate. Khaldoun has taken the lead as trial counsel across various cases in California, covering areas such as wrongful death, defective products, insurance disputes, medical negligence, and public transit injuries. His courtroom endeavors have also extended to prosecuting claims concerning medical device defects and class actions on a national scale.
Since 2009, Khaldoun has consistently earned recognition as a Northern California Super Lawyer®. His distinction is further underscored by an AV – Pre-Eminent rating from Martindale Hubbell, a testament to his adherence to the highest ethical standards and practices. Khaldoun’s contributions extend beyond the courtroom, as he has served as an adjunct instructor specializing in trial advocacy at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He has also shared his expertise in trial technique, deposition practice, and lawyering skills through instructional roles at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
Beyond his legal pursuits, Khaldoun actively engages both in the courtroom and the community. He was appointed by the Mayor to the San Francisco Human Rights Commission, showcasing his commitment to civic involvement. In 2006, he was elected to lead the commission as its chair.
Educationally, Khaldoun graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, and earned his law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law.
He resides in San Francisco with his wife and two children.
