Larry F. Gainen serves as one of the founding partners at Ingram Yuzek Gainen Carroll & Bertolotti, LLP, a law firm situated in New York City, New York. Mr. Gainen embarked on his educational journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from what was formerly known as the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1968. Subsequently, he attained his Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law in 1974. Before co-founding Ingram Yuzek Gainen Carroll & Bertolotti, LLP, in 1989, he gained valuable experience as an associate at a prominent international law firm and later ascended to partnership at a law firm in New York City.

His legal practice is not confined solely to New York, as Mr. Gainen holds admission to practice law in the state of New York, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 2nd and 7th Circuits. His extensive experience encompasses various methods of construction dispute resolution, including arbitration and negotiation.
