Lorenzo Napolitano, Esq. serves clients throughout the entirety of New York State, with a primary focus on criminal defense cases, encompassing drug charges, traffic violations, and DWI cases. Additionally, he extends his legal expertise to real estate law matters and family court proceedings. With an unwavering dedication to safeguarding the rights of individuals accused of criminal wrongdoing, he applies nearly two decades of experience to deliver practical solutions to his clients.

Fluent in both English and Italian, Mr. Napolitano is deeply committed to delivering high-quality legal representation to a wide array of clients. He holds admission to practice law in the state of New York, as well as before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.

Mr. Napolitano’s educational background includes earning a Bachelor of Science degree with the highest honors (summa cum laude) from the State University of New York at Brockport in 2000. He continued his academic journey at the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he attained his Juris Doctor degree with the same distinction (summa cum laude). In addition to his legal practice, he served as an adjunct professor at Bryant & Stratton College, teaching law for a period of two years, and currently holds the role of Moot Court Judge.

Over the span of nearly two decades, Mr. Napolitano has actively participated in the Monroe County Bar Association, and he is unwavering in his commitment to providing clients with transparency in considering new ideas, truthful responses to inquiries, and swift resolution of challenges and assurances that arise during legal cases, all while ensuring clients receive regular updates on the progress of their cases.
